Back, Hip & Knee Pain

Your shin bone becomes misaligned when your foot improperly settles in the longitudinal arch. This misalignment continues up to the spinal column causing discomfort to the knees, hips, legs, and the lower and upper back. When there is an over pronation of the foot, the foot’s gait becomes imbalanced and the ankle flexes inward or pronates to absorb the shock and control balance. When the ankle flexes inward or the arch flatten too much, the knees and lower back absorb the shock, causing pain in the lower back and knees.

How will the insoles help?

The liquid insole will help your feet achieve 100% weight distribution, which will provide proper alignment. When the body is in alignment, the bones and joints function properly without pain. With proper alignment comes good posture which takes pressure off of the back, hip and knees. In addition, the shock that is received with every step is absorbed by the insole. The insole absorbs up to 85% of this shock!!
