How will the insoles help?

A heel spur is a uric acid deposit much like a knot under the shoulder. Our insoles will gently massage the deposit daily and doing so will break it down and eliminate the spur within 2 – 8 weeks depending on the severity. In addition, the insole will absorb the shock when walking and give immediate relief of the spur.
